things i did this year 2009 !

1) went to langkawi with a group of my high school friends and there were all guys .. HAHA manly bonding. It was awesome. chill, relax and had fun!.

2) travel. went to Hangzhao by myself and met my friend Yang there. and being a fanatic of taking photo's of everything was glad enough to catch the last moments my friend Yang spend time with her best friend who passed away mid this year. I really do pray that she is coping well with it all.

3)Won a nationwide competition to exhibit a garment i designed last year. And went to melbourne for that and it was awesome!!!. met up with friends i've not seen for a long time. catch up with friends and family :)

4) Volunteer for the Big Exoday event and was able to watch steve cabellero skate vert and go for the Relient K concert !

5)Picked up skateboarding and is now able to do ollie, still working on my manual, and also skate to the shops and such ;P lol.

6)Started fashion blogging and meet fashion people thru it which is great. ( though its hard for me to find motivation at times )

7) started making bows&tees and selling them. Experienced selling them in the markets :)

8) Picked up photography .

9) Worked at a sushi bar for a short while. ( first time , and got paid really low lol )

10) not really have crushes. weird. because i usually go boy crazy. most of my friends would know that. haha but this year . na a.

sorry im pretty lazy to post up photographs. But these were my 2009 :). what were yours? im sure there were things to be happy about . look back, and remember them!

passions come and go. You know how sometimes you are really into something, and you think, omg this is for me! it is my thing. I am going to be awesome at it and rock the world, .. and then after sometime. You may get distracted, lose motivation or sometimes find some other passion to replace the previous passion lol. Well its a current in my life.

There are somethings that stick, sometimes that hang about and somethings that just go...

but i guess they all teach you something, and whatever you learn from that stage of life, make the most of it. If you have learned not to make a mistake, don't. If it is something you should keep practicing do it.

If you are talented in something, don't let anyone say less of you. Continue to do what you do best and always believe in yourself. Don't think that opportunities won't come because they will at most surprising times, sometimes you've just got to keep on moving, not focus on your problems but to enjoy whatever little you have. Look pass the problem and you'll find the solution :). Don't let anyone steal away your happiness. You know how im a christian, i always go back to the verse that says , " rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks, for this is the will of the Lord Jesus Christ for you" 1 thess 5. Somehow i know God wants me to be happy, that i should always talk to him, and thank Him for everything He has put in my life.And i know, He only wants goodness in my life. He is a life giver not a life stealer. yes also, as the famous saying goes, count your blessings :)

Ahh, what i learn in life is that, there are many stages in life, Some with its highs, some with its lows, and its all based on our choices and the decisions we make each and every single day. Somehow its really important what we decided however insignificant we may thing it is.

I just want to live each day knowing, knowing that i know that i have to always keep my chin up. Not let some nasty or evil person let me down. That there is always hope. That is should learn that i could also bring hope and happiness to someone and that is what i should do.

What are you making of your everyday?. make something beautiful :) you can, you've just got to try.

Sushi is what i'll be eating everyday from today onwards. Breakfast , lunch and dinner. This is because i'll be getting free sushi almost all the time. well,.... at least its healthy !

is starting to draw again.

We had no illustration class in our final year of uni which was a bummer. Anyhoo, at least i've time now to start drawing again .

Went to a malaysian restaurant to eat today, It kinda suck bad. Ordered Hainan Chicken Rice, and nothing tasted good.. maybe only the cucumber did. Some how i think if you want to start something, sell something, make something, well whatever it is that you create, you should try to at least strive to make it the best. Or,... you'll end up having bad Hainanese Chicken Rice ;( and if no one tries to at least maintain to the highest standard.. Hainanese chicken Rice would degrade in time and all there will be left is ...bad Hainanese Chicken Rice ;(

i got BOred. i got out the scissors and gave myself curtains.

at least i didnt go hair crazy this year like it did last year! though it was FUN :D.

i kinda like having bangs :D i feel more mysterious. oh you know who inspired me to have bangs.

guys whom i think are cute. well at least i like their hair, their hair makes them cute hahaha. i like them boys with those messy boyish bangs lol whatever you call it. i dont like guys with neat short hair ( its just personal preference ) so yeah guys who i though were cute were my hair stylespiration. i know . weird. deal with it.

btw that is tom milsom . he's pretty cool . enjoy.

just picked it up mid September, it was after i went to Melbourne and my friend was starting to skate, and i was like i want to skate too its looks fun and seems so cool. so when i came back to syd. i searched for a board and wala

i skated more when i had uni on, i guess to get my mind of uni stuff and well its my stressreliever. though i should continue even though imonholiday and go on a skateaton.

my skateboard is a stefan janoski habitat board i got second hand, that came with thunder trunks and im not sure what wheels or bearings. but its still in pretty good! ( had to clean the bearings though, they were dirty so it didnt go fast )

and these are my skate shoes, they are puma, they are kids shoes lol... well its hard to find skate shoes my size. and kids shoes are much cheaper. im an al'cheapo.

as you can see, the side of my shoes are GOneee... i've changed the shoe laces of the right shoe for the 2nd time. they get alot of wear doing ollies ! i love them Ollies! soon i want to do stairs, and rails and all that. i dream lots lol-.-.

Bellow is a vid of me doing an ollie, lol. yeah i look really NOOB hahaha.(seriously i think i should be in front of the camera more often so i can see how retarded i act like ..anyway, back to it) but whateverrr.. im still a beginner at this. but hey im sharing :D... usually people share stuff when they are pro. i'll share stuff when im still noob :D
